Water consumption on the site has been reduced by more than 20% since 2010. Park Cakes has the ongoing target to reduce water consumption on the site by 5% year-on-year.
Both sites share customers but their products point at different categories, with a strong portfolio of around 100 all year round product lines and a further 30 seasonal products.
Park Cakes consistently achieve industry-leading scores of 8/10 from regular benchmark testing of new and existing products, independently assessed by the technical unit at The Campden & Chorleywood Food Association.
Park Cakes has strong product and technical heritage and over the last decade has become one of the key innovators in new product development.
